Athletic Club currently sells an official product called Museo y Tour de San Mamés, also AC Museoa & Tour, on the club website. It is a stadium and museum visit. It is not a match ticket.

Access is between gates 19 and 20. The club names metro, tram and San Mamés station. The FAQ says the museum has no parking product. If going straight to the guided walk, the club recommends arriving 10 minutes before the booked start.

The FAQ names Tuesday to Sunday. In July and August the museum opens every day. From March to October the hours are 10:00 to 20:00, from November to February 10:00 to 19:00. On matchdays, during closed-door training or other events at San Mamés, hours and tours can change. A Match Day Tour is a different product. It is not a substitute for a home ticket.

The club describes both the museum and the tour route as adapted for visitors with reduced mobility. Reduced tickets for that need are reserved via museoa@athletic-club.eus or by phone. Confirm individual needs with the club before booking. Under-12s come with an adult.
