Real Madrid gives the Santiago Bernabéu as Avenida Concha Espina, 1, 28036 Madrid.

The official plan-your-visit page names Metro Line 10 (Santiago Bernabéu station), Cercanías trains at Nuevos Ministerios, and EMT bus lines 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 126, 147 and 150. Stadium parking is still listed as coming soon.

The stadium tour is not the match visit. On matchdays the tour runs only until 5 hours 30 minutes before kick-off. Dressing rooms and benches are closed to the tour on matchdays and the day before. There is no cloakroom. Prams, suitcases and other bulky items that could block an evacuation are prohibited. Every spectator needs their own ticket. Children cannot be carried in without one. Keep your ticket. The club may ask for ID at the entrance. Re-entry is allowed only once, and only if the same ticket is scanned on the way out. Food and drink in rigid containers, and anything over 500 ml or 500 g, are forbidden. Smoking, vaping and domestic animals are not allowed.

Spectators with reduced mobility may only enter the equipped areas, and only with the appropriate ticket.
