Bernabeu Tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• For the Classic option, the club lists the museum, panoramic stadium view, optional photos, changing rooms, benches and the official shop. Stadium operations can change these areas.
• The product overview also lists a guided option with an official guide as a separate product. It is not automatically part of the self-guided Classic visit.

Booking and arrival

• Use only the official club page. Online tickets should be printed or available as a code on a mobile device. Entry for already purchased tickets is on Avenida de Concha Espina.
• According to the club, a Classic booking is valid only for the selected date and time. The Flexible Time option can be used at any time on the selected day. Recheck the current terms during booking.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The club lists regular hours of 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on Sundays and public holidays. The tour is listed as closed on 25 December and 1 January.
• On matchdays, visits are possible until 5 hours 30 minutes before kick-off. The FAQ then limits the visit to the museum and panoramic view. Changing rooms and benches are unavailable on the matchday and the day before. Stadium events can change the route and hours.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The club warns that the route has many flights of stairs. Visitors with reduced mobility can access the museum and panoramic view, while changing rooms and benches are not currently accessible. There is no luggage storage. Only accredited assistance dogs are admitted.
