The public default card is the classic Arena-Tour. It lasts about 75 minutes and includes Schalke Museum admission. The matchday tour is a separate product only with a valid home ticket and is not a substitute for a match ticket. From 5 to 13 October 2026 the museum is closed and there are no arena tours in that window.
